At Okanagan Small Business Services, we work exclusively with small local businesses that need a-la-carte style HR services. We provide both one-time and ongoing assistance and are happy to act as your virtual HR department for as long as you need us.

We offer consultation meetings via three contactless methods: phone call, video call or email. If you prefer to meet face-to-face, in-person meetings can be arranged at your place of business at our discretion, with COVID-19 protocols in place.
Fees & Payment
Our HR consultation services are charged on an hourly basis. We offer both 1-hour appointments and 30-min appointments.
All fees are subject to applicable taxes. We will require payment in full to secure your consultation meeting booking. We accept payment via e-transfer.

The first step is to contact us to discuss your HR challenges and book your consultation meeting. We prefer to be contacted via email with a detailed explanation of the HR challenges you are facing and two potential meeting times that work best for you.

NEW CLIENTS: If you are a new client, we will ask you to fill out our HR Client Intake Form to provide us with some insights into your business. You can either fill out our online form or download the paper-version and return it to us via email.
